Alimento Futuro is a multi-sensory culinary experience through which we propose a new way of experiencing food in a more efficient, healthy and ecological way. A decisive look at the future of human beings and the problems brought about by overpopulation, global warming and diminishing natural resources. We’ve teamed up with local artisanal suppliers to create a journey of 9 avant-garde gastronomic dishes. You’ll be completely immersed; with holophonic sound, projection mapping, lighting and a performance with the scrupulousness of a theatrical production.
