La Cometa Gallery was founded 33 years ago with the purpose of doing its bit to foster the local art scene, as a platform to exhibit Colombian and Latin American art. It is a space designed to facilitate dialogue between the audience, the work of art and the artists from the different aspects of contemporaneity, without neglecting the ever-present benchmark Latin American pieces of modern art, providing a context that’s of the utmost importance to contemporary artistic production.
