"Náufrago" is a space born from curiosity and inspired by the mysteries offered by our biodiversity. We have meticulously chosen a selection of native ingredients, gathered from numerous journeys through the remote areas of the Colombian Amazon, Pacific, and Caribbean regions.

We bring the results of these journeys into food preparations with significant background, aiming to contribute to the development of Colombian gastronomy by rescuing traditional and overlooked ingredients.
